Blogging with poor broadband: Wifi don't work w/o good pipes

It's been 3 days and 6 states.  Low 90's to upper 50's and only to 65 today.

Bozo's been a traveling clown.  St. Louis to Cooperstown by way of Findlay OH and Niagara Falls NY.  He's seen the Gateway Arch, the "World's Largest Wind Chime and Rocking Chair, the Speedway, Progressive Field, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Niagara Falls.  Tap through the photos to see all the places he's been.

He charmed my great-nephew's wife.  That'll teach him to travel for work and leave a little clown behind.  Several hard miles later he got to see some unusual and some well-known sights, finishing up near the Baseball Hall of Fame.  That's tomorrow's adventure, and, unlike the Indianapolis Speedway and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame he'll get to go in.

Had some great meals.  Gitti's ( I think that's it) on in St. Louis Italian Hill, and a little Greek place in University City, Momo's were good finds.  Gitti's is one of the best Italian places in town.  Momo's is only a couple blocks from Dan & Laura's house but is more than worth the walk.  In Speedway, IN there's a little barbecue place, Barbecue & Bourbon that is damn good, had lunch there.  Nothing in Findlay, just a visit w/ family member.  It was a long day, 8 hours on the road and we settled for Outback near the hotel.

In Niagara Falls there's Mario's New York style pizza near the state park.  Pies come in one size, 18" and there's no alcohol but the pie is worth the price.  For breakfast we found Niagara's Little Italy, just outside of the "downtown".  Wish we had found it earlier and had the time to get further into it's delights.  There's the Marketside Cafe which is more an Italian social club than a cafe.  It's full of older guys who all know each other and it's fun to eat and watch all the stereotypes of old Italians interact with each other.  Food's wonderful and Mike, the owner, is a treat.  A couple blocks away is an old-school Italian bakery, DiCamillo's.  All the classic pastries, and cannoli make great after-breakfast treats.
